Dosatsu is a U.S.-only trade journaling and analytics platform for retail traders. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, web application, broker integrations, file uploads, customer support channels, billing processes, and related services.

Dosatsu is not intended for users outside the United States.

We may collect the following categories of information.

Account Information

This may include your name, email address, password, account settings, subscription status, login activity, and related account details.

Billing Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We may receive limited billing information such as subscription status, payment confirmation, billing email, plan type, billing history, and transaction metadata.

We do not store full credit card numbers.

Trading and Brokerage Data

If you upload CSV files or connect a brokerage account through a third-party integration, we may collect and process trading-related information, including:

Broker Connection Information

When you connect a brokerage account through a third-party service such as SnapTrade, we may receive access tokens, account identifiers, connection status, and data made available through that integration.

We do not store your brokerage username or password.

Dosatsu does not use your identifiable trading history, brokerage data, journal notes, screenshots, or personal account information to train third-party artificial intelligence models without your permission.

If Dosatsu later introduces AI-based features that materially change how user data is processed, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide notice where required.

You may delete broker connections, uploaded data, journal entries, screenshots, and your account through available settings or by contacting us.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, legal records, security records, or fraud-prevention systems for a limited period.

• Update your account information;
• Delete uploaded data;
• Delete journal entries and screenshots;
• Disconnect broker connections;
• Cancel your subscription;
• Request deletion of your account;
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails.

Certain transactional or service-related messages may still be sent, including billing, security, account, legal, and policy notices.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, you may have certain privacy rights under state privacy laws.

These rights may include the right to:

Dosatsu does not sell personal trading data.

Dosatsu does not knowingly process personal information for targeted advertising using identifiable brokerage or trading data.

Dosatsu is intended only for users located in the United States.

Do not use Dosatsu if you are located outside the United States.

If you access Dosatsu from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Dosatsu may link to or integrate with third-party services.

These services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Dosatsu is not responsible for third-party privacy, security, or data practices.

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals.

Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, Dosatsu may not respond to them unless required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the platform, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of Dosatsu after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
