Dosatsu is available only to users located in the United States who are at least 18 years old.

By using Dosatsu, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are physically located in the United States;
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms;
• You will use Dosatsu only for lawful purposes.

Dosatsu is not intended for minors.

Dosatsu is a software platform that helps retail traders capture, organize, review, visualize, and analyze their own historical trading activity.

Dosatsu may allow users to:

• Upload CSV files containing trading activity;
• Connect supported brokerage accounts through third-party integrations;
• View historical profit and loss;
• Review open positions;
• Organize activity across multiple accounts;
• Track trades by strategy, ticker, account, holding period, and timeframe;
• Reconstruct trading campaigns;
• Analyze options premium activity;
• Review estimated cost basis and economic break-even calculations;
• Journal trades;
• Store trading notes, screenshots, rules, and reflections;
• Review user-created rule adherence.

Dosatsu helps users better understand their own historical trading behavior.

Dosatsu does not make decisions for users.

Your use of Dosatsu does not create an investment adviser-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, brokerage relationship, financial planning relationship, or professional relationship.

Dosatsu does not evaluate your:

• Financial situation;
• Investment objectives;
• Income needs;
• Risk tolerance;
• Tax situation;
• Liquidity needs;
• Investment experience;
• Personal circumstances.

Information generated by Dosatsu is based on historical data, user-provided information, and connected account data.

Nothing displayed by Dosatsu should be interpreted as personalized advice.

You remain solely responsible for all financial and trading decisions.

Dosatsu may provide:

• Performance analysis;
• Profit and loss reporting;
• Strategy breakdowns;
• Holding-period analysis;
• Win/loss calculations;
• Rule-adherence tracking;
• Cost-basis analysis;
• Campaign reconstruction;
• Charts and visualizations.

These tools help organize historical information.

They are not recommendations.

If Dosatsu shows that a strategy, ticker, timeframe, holding period, or pattern historically performed better or worse, this does not mean you should increase, decrease, continue, stop, or modify that activity.

Past performance does not predict future results.

The judgment remains yours.

Dosatsu does not monitor your brokerage accounts for required action.

Dosatsu does not guarantee notification of:

• Expiring options;
• Assignment risk;
• Exercise risk;
• Margin calls;
• Liquidation risk;
• Earnings events;
• Corporate actions;
• Tax events;
• Stop losses;
• Concentrated positions;
• Account restrictions;
• Market events.

You are solely responsible for monitoring your brokerage accounts.

Dosatsu’s analytics are only as accurate as the available data.

Data may come from:

• User uploads;
• CSV files;
• Brokerage connections;
• Third-party integrations;
• User journal entries;
• User classifications.

Data may contain:

• Errors;
• Missing transactions;
• Incorrect timestamps;
• Duplicate transactions;
• Incorrect classifications;
• Delays;
• API limitations;
• Broker reporting limitations.

Dosatsu does not guarantee that any imported, reconstructed, categorized, calculated, or displayed information is complete or accurate.

You should verify information against official brokerage statements and records.

Dosatsu may display:

• Cost basis;
• Adjusted economic break-even;
• Premium tracking;
• Campaign calculations;
• Realized gains/losses;
• Unrealized gains/losses.

These calculations are informational estimates only.

They may differ from:

• Brokerage records;
• Tax documents;
• IRS reporting;
• Accounting calculations.

Dosatsu is not tax software.

Consult qualified tax professionals regarding tax decisions.

Dosatsu may connect to brokerage accounts through third-party providers such as SnapTrade.

Dosatsu does not store your brokerage username or password.

Broker connections are intended to be read-only where available.

Dosatsu does not:

• Place trades;
• Submit orders;
• Transfer money;
• Modify brokerage accounts;
• Exercise options;
• Manage investments.

Third-party providers maintain their own terms, security practices, and policies.

Dosatsu is not responsible for:

• Broker outages;
• API failures;
• Incorrect broker data;
• Integration errors;
• Third-party security events;
• Changes in third-party availability.

Dosatsu is software.

Software can fail.

You acknowledge that Dosatsu may experience:

• Bugs;
• Calculation errors;
• Incorrect displays;
• Downtime;
• Security incidents;
• Data loss;
• Integration failures;
• Service interruptions;
• Feature changes.

Dosatsu does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate service.

Do not rely on Dosatsu as your only source of account information.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including:

• Journal notes;
• Screenshots;
• Trading rules;
• Comments;
• Files;
• Transaction information.

You grant Dosatsu permission to store, process, analyze, display, and use your content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload any content.

Dosatsu processes sensitive financial information.

Dosatsu does not sell:

• Your trading history;
• Brokerage data;
• Holdings;
• Journal entries;
• Screenshots;
• Personal trading performance.

Dosatsu may use aggregated or de-identified data for:

• Product improvement;
• Analytics;
• Operational reporting;
• Marketing statistics.

Examples:

• “100,000 trades processed”
• “5,000 connected accounts analyzed”

Such data will not identify individual users.

Dosatsu does not use identifiable trading history or private journal content to train third-party artificial intelligence models without permission.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

Notify Dosatsu promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Dosatsu uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information.

No system is completely secure.

Dosatsu cannot guarantee unauthorized access, security incidents, or data loss will never occur.

If required by applicable law, Dosatsu will notify affected users of security incidents.

Dosatsu offers paid subscription plans.

Plans may include monthly or annual billing.

By subscribing, you authorize Dosatsu and its payment providers, including Stripe, to process applicable charges.

Payments are billed in advance.

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund prior charges.

You agree that Dosatsu may contact you electronically regarding:

• Account notices;
• Security issues;
• Billing;
• Product updates;
• Policy changes;
• Legal notices.

Electronic communications satisfy legal communication requirements.

Users may delete:

• Broker connections;
• Uploaded files;
• Journal entries;
• Screenshots;
• Account data.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained for legal, security, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws;
• Attack or disrupt Dosatsu;
• Upload malware;
• Scrape the platform;
• Reverse engineer software;
• Resell access;
• Misrepresent identity;
• Violate intellectual property rights.

Dosatsu may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Dosatsu owns all rights to:

• Software;
• Design;
• Branding;
• Workflows;
• Analytics systems;
• Interfaces;
• Visualizations;
• Trademarks.

Users receive only a limited right to access the service.

Dosatsu is currently designed for retail traders.

Future advisor, enterprise, or professional tools may require separate agreements.

Until expressly authorized, Dosatsu should not be used as regulated advisory infrastructure, compliance software, official performance reporting software, or client portfolio management software.

If you believe uploaded content violates your intellectual property rights, contact Dosatsu.

Dosatsu may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat offenders where appropriate.

Dosatsu may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Dosatsu is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Dosatsu disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Dosatsu is not liable for:

• Trading losses;
• Investment losses;
• Tax consequences;
• Missed opportunities;
• Data errors;
• Broker errors;
• Third-party failures;
• Decisions made using Dosatsu information.

Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid to Dosatsu during the three months before the claim.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Dosatsu, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates from claims related to:

• Your use of Dosatsu;
• Your trading decisions;
• Your uploaded content;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of law.

Disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration.

You waive participation in class actions, class arbitration, and representative claims.

Arbitration will occur under American Arbitration Association rules.

These Terms are governed by Idaho law.

Dosatsu may update these Terms.

Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
